Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns work:

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Innerwear, customized/altered products, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at support@snapstylefashion.in or use the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll share pickup or drop-off instructions within 24-48 hours.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

EXCHANGES
Size or color exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to check stock before initiating an exchange.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
